importance of recording

i was talking to smmc today about how so many noobs constantly try and dispute anyway they can. i mentioned how there were creative ways one would never think of, and it goes to show how much better recording on the GB ladder (or any ladder) is than merely takeing pics of winning scenes ("And the winner is")

-I was once accused of changing the damage ratio. of course it should always be 1.0, but my opponent got mad that i killed him within 25 secs of the match with a well placed shuttle loop and falsely accused me of that some time recently. I did not have any proof. I disbanded and gave him win. However when I recorded i made sure the 1.0 ratio was visible.

-NC'ing: opponent no conetested. i took a pic of the no contest scene. the opponent has the same picture. who no contested? only a video could tell.

-Also save AIM convos

Those are the best examples i have. I just thought this was important espescially for the Shtpherbrains since they got locked twice b/c of disputers and luckily the admin sided with them without too much proof from what it was told.
