I mean brawl is fun but cmon it's pointless. No story or meaning. Just competitive fighting where you get to talk to ppl playing the game with you.

I didn't say I didn't like it I said it wasn't one of my favorites. It's pintless, but competitive fighting is still fun. I even said it was "fun" in my post -_-

alls we said was that brawl wasnt "superamazing". It's a good and fun game, we both agree, but we also agree that it isn't the best. I obviously don't hate brawl. i might as well have spoken out against the Queen of England lol

I really liked the game when it first came out. I really anticipated it. When I bought it, it was one of the few times if not the only time my expectaitons were filled and more. The game was actually as good as I thought it would be if not better.

The competion i found when I joined CP10 added an element of fun i guess. I was finished with brawl after April. Fighting CPu's got boring, not to mention I played this game a lot when it first came out.

Competion did bring some negatives though. The desire to look good amonst a lot of players, the dreaded tier list, and shittalkers. I think I just need to step back and really appreciate this game again even competitively. Then mayvbe this will be one of my favorite games again. Who knows it might be now, I'm probably just fooling myself lol.

Many people hated Brawl cause many found it far less competitive friendly then melee(fact)

however, I could never experience melee past learning AT's, I never went to a tourney in melee and so I broke into the competitive scene online.

which, apparently, is one big friendly anyway *shrug*

still fun as hell though. What's funnier is I have a stack of about 10 games I haven't played yet X_X.

...I'm not saying brawl is bad, it just could have been a much better game. It had more potential...that's all I'm saying. Even Sakurai said that he stopped using new ideas for brawl early on in production....(obviously, he's saving p for brawl sequel)

Face it.Pretty much the only good games for wii. IMO GC had a better and more wider variety.

Actually Samsh is right, GC had more and better games for the most part. The wii never lived up ot the hype and really it's more of a gimmick now than anything. There aren't many good games b/c the mario/zelda ones come out once every 7 years and the good 3rd party games like COD are better on Xbox and Ps3

i heard the new resistance was trash. Ratchet is probably good, but theres enough of that for ps2 for me at least.
MGS i heard was good but im too lazy/cheap to go to EBgames and get new games I havent bought a new game in a long time.

what is Jak? Is that jak and daxter b/c i never heard of that seires in years lol though i dont keep up on games really....

Yeah, it's Jak, it's hopefully coming back on PS3

God of War 3 is coming out. It looks awesome. But yeah, Wii is jam packed full of shit games. I'm glad I got a 360 I need a brake for a while from the wii sometimes.

If you're getting a PS3 I highly recommend LittleBigPlanet and MGS4. :>

I've also been meaning to get FFXIII for the PS3.
